Do you only provide home care to seniors? We provide home care services to anyone needing care, regardless of age
Do I pay the caregiver directly? No. Clients are invoiced bi-weekly via email. You never have to pay any additional fees to an employee.
Can I change or discontinue services for my loved one? Yes. You can change the number of visits or type of care provided at anytime. We understand that needs can change in an instant and we are flexible as possible. There are no weekly or monthly minimum requirements. You are never bound to a long term contract.
What happens if we need more support? Let us know right away, we can add more services and work with you on selecting the services you need.
Will my loved one always receive care from the same caregiver? Our goal is to establish a long term care-giving relationship with your loved one. We understand that a strong and consistent rapport with the same caregiver is extremely important for a successful home care experience.
Is home care cheaper than retirement homes and LTC facilities? While long-term care facilities can be the best choice for seniors requiring complex medical attention, many may find that home care is a more suitable alternative. Home care offers benefits such as safety, independence, flexibility, and the comfort of familiar surroundings. Additionally, in private retirement homes, full-time personal senior care—beyond basic services—typically comes as an add-on. It’s worth noting that the cost for a private suite along with dedicated elderly care in assisted living can reach as high as $9,500 per month or even more.
