We begin by assessing your loved one's care requirments and creating a personalized care plan to ensure their safety, comfort, and well being. 

Caregiver Assignment & Management 
 

All our caregivers at The Bees Knees are employees, which allows us to maintain high standards of care and accountability. We carefully assign caregivers according to the approved care plan and manage all their employment aspects, including training, scheduling, and payroll. 

Ongoing Care Coordination
 

We work closely with families and caregivers to keep care plans current. Families can conveniently access updates through our care team’s ongoing documentation, including vital signs records and communication updates. Our team is dedicated to monitoring care quality and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Caregiver Replacement & Backup

If there are any changes in care needs or if a caregiver is not the right fit, we will provide a replacement at no extra charge. In the event a caregiver needs time off for illness or vacation, we will arrange for a backup caregiver to ensure continuous care.
